Adare or Folly J? Adare

I don’t think of these ships as AU, I mean Folly J is actually a canon ship since we know Fiona’s feelings and they have kissed ha. But the thing is Adam and Clare’s sexualities actually make a relationship plausible. Unfortunately, Holly J’s doesn’t coincide with Fiona’s. I love both friendships a ton but I find it hard to think of a relationship between Holly J and Fiona because of the giant barrier. Sorry if this answer was lame. I just think that Adam and Clare not only would be cute, but at least their sexualities make it a plausible relationship.

Holly J/Anya or Paige/Hazel friendship? Holly J/Anya

In the competition for shitting all over your best friend because you’re the mean girl, Holly J/Anya wins by miles. Not only was Holly J’s wit funnier and more extreme but Anya actually ended up fighting back and becoming her own person. I think the entire development of their friendship was hilarious, heart breaking, and real all at the same time. Paige didn’t crap all over Hazel as much and Hazel never came into her own, in my eyes. They just didn’t do it for me.

Piley or Pia? Piley

Pia was the most contrived relationship. At that point, I liked Peter and thought he was becoming a great guy. Mia served only to regress him a bit. They were such a ridiculously contrived couple and I just don’t care for that. Piley, however, is a great ship. They support each other and are great friends. I think that they would have been able to help each other through their problems in a way that Mia could have never really helped Peter.

All Falls Down or Drop the World? All Falls Down

I didn’t hate Drop the World as much as everyone else did. But at the end of All Falls Down, I was left feeling anxious for more. After Drop the World, I was left feeling unrelieved but at the same time not anxious for another episode. That’s the main difference. Both episodes were overhyped. Both episodes elicited a strong reaction from me. The difference is in the lack of continuity within the episode itself. The total disconnect of all of the stories from each other also made Drop the World less exciting than All Falls Down. The acting in both episodes was phenomenal. I was pleased with direction all the characters were going after All Falls Down. I was confused at the direction of Drop the World at some parts. All Falls Down didn’t feel rushed to me. Drop the World, most definitely was.

Spinner/Jay or Marco/Paige? Spinner/Jay

Both of these friendships seemed superficial at times but then redeemed themselves at others. I guess I’m going with Spinner/Jay because at least I felt that Spinner was always honest with himself, when he was in Jay’s company. Spinner always changed to be like the people he surrounded himself with at the time and I just thought Jay was his style. I also have a bad boys complex. The other reason I chose Spinner and Jay is because they ended their run on the series as great friends still. Jay was the minister at Spinner’s wedding celebration and they just showed that they were there for each other. At the end of Paige and Marco’s run on the series, Paige bitch slapped Marco and showed her true colors yet again. Marco has Ellie and I honestly think that she has always been a better friend than Paige.

Kenna or Dadie? Dadie

This almost wins by default. I honestly think that Kenna brings out the worst parts in their separate characters. Jenna would be more likable if she would just admit she’s a lesbian for Clare and KC would be the boy I totally fell for in season 8, if Jenna hadn’t gone and changed everything about his personality. I have a super girl crush on Alexx Benoit and I love that Sadie loves basketball (although I’m not fond of her Lebron love.) other than that we know nothing about her which leads her to having an open character and furthermore a relationship that can be interpreted any which way please. The one time that we did see Dadie together, though, I thought they were adorbsies. And I’ve wanted Dave to have a solid girlfriend since he and Jenna “dated.”

Peter or Craig? Peter

SUPER UNPOPULAR OPINION

I know everyone likes Craig cause he’s complex and a hunk and blahdeeblah. But I actually don’t feel like Craig ever had to deal with the real consequences of his actions. He was never forced to grow out of being a douchebag and treating the people he loved poorly. I always thought he was at his best when he was with Ellie, but he even messed that up. Peter, on the other hand, has always had to deal with the consequences of his actions. Yes, sometimes they weren’t as harsh as they should’ve been but he still had consequences. And once he was done shitting all over people, he ended up making it up to them. Peter is one of the best examples of a villainous character changing for the better. I love Peter Stone.

Bianca or Alli? Alli

We haven’t seen enough of Bianca for her to debunk my love of Alli. I adore Alli. I can completely relate to everything she’s gone through, but my personality is completely different. We’ve gotten to see her grow and learn. She’s made mistakes but it doesn’t make us love her any less. To me, in some ways she’s like this generations Manny and we all know how much I love Manny.

BUT I DO LOVE BIANCA SO FAR! I just need more advancement of her character. AND I think the potential for an Alianca friendship is amazing. 

Darcy/Manny or Fiona/Holly J? Fiona/Holly J

I really feel like Manny was the crutch for Darcy throughout their entire relationship and Darcy never really truly made amends for shitting all over Manny and judging her and stuff. With Fiona and Holly J, they’ve supported each other. They’ve both gone through crap and they’ve helped each other out. I also love their development from pure enemies to best friends. Their relationship has allowed both of them to grow and I love them.

Clare/Wesley or Clare/Connor? Clare/Wesley

Clare and Wesley actually could have been cute. He showed actual interest in her and he is the type of guy who would treat her right. I don’t really think Connor liked Clare. I just think he wanted Clare to be more his friend than KC’s, if that makes any sense. Plus, I just don’t see them as more than friends. I think they make great friends though.
