20 Day Degrassi Challenge | Your Favorite Plot | EVERYTHING ELI AND FITZ
I couldn’t choose just one plot so I had to choose anything related to the Eli and Fitz rivalry. Do I really have to explain why I find it amazing?
20 Day Degrassi Challenge | Favorite Scene | The scene with Fitz’s knife
This was really hard but it all came down to Munro’s acting. I think if there’s one outstanding part of season 10 it’s the fact that the acting has actually been phenomenal almost all around. Everything about this scene was mind blowing. The second place scene was Adam and Clare’s scene in My Body is a Cage. But I can’t shake the effect that All Falls Down had on me. I get emotional every single time I watch this scene the same amount I did as the first time I watched it. If I was a crier I would have cried.

20 Day Degrassi Challenge | Favorite Fall/In Too Deep Episode | Umbrella
This was a pretty easy choice for me. Again, it had a complicated but not completely heartbreaking Eclare plot. It had a great Adam plot. We get to see his relationship with Drew, and we get to see even more what a great person he is. And the final plot coined the “Tazing Dave” phenomenon.
What I liked most about this episode is all the great transitions it made in completing the story. In the Eclare plot, we start off with it being all about Clare’s problems and then it seamlessly transitions into Eli’s problems. In the Adam plot, it transitions from Adam helping out his brother into Drew helping him out. In the tazing plot, we see a full development from how Dave’s concerns are actually childish into him appreciating what a good friend he has in Wesley.
This episode had some of both, Aislinn’s and Munro’s best acting chops. They touched on tough topics without breaking out the melodrama. You have to be able to appreciate that. Overall, just a fantastic episode, one that will always be in my mind and I can watch over and over again.

20 Day Degrassi Challenge | Favorite Boiling Point Episode | Still Fighting It
I fell asleep before I posted this yesterday. Oops!
I decided not to separate the part 1 and 2 but this one was still really hard. I had a tough time deciding between this, My Body is a Cage, and All Falls Down. In the end what it came down to was my ability to remember and enjoy each plot and the light heartedness that this episode had.
MBIAC is an amazing episode. I love Adam’s storyline and his struggle with being who he really is. I loved the show of both support and lack of support from different people. But in the end it took a lot of thinking for me to remember the other two plots. Which I found weird since the B plot was Anya and I thought that was a great storyline. I couldn’t choose this episode based on remembering one amazing plot fully.
AFD though overhyped was still a remarkable episode to me. I don’t get the haters. It was a great episode and I reacted to everything. Awesome acting, awesome plot development, awesome music, awesome etc. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the lighthearted plot. I don’t know how to explain it. I enjoyed the Savvy J plot as a whole but placed with this episode, I didn’t like the fit. It’s hard to explain.
Still Fighting It, though not as epic as an episode as either of the aforementioned is my favorite because it had a perfect balance of my favorite things. It had a complicated but interesting and not completely heart breaking Eclare plot. It had a well executed, well explained, entertaining and relatable Ziley plot. And it had a little bit of comedy in the form of Wesley Betenkamp who has become my favorite source of humor in Degrassi lately. Not only was the plot silly and cute, but it was definitely my favorite comedic plot in season 10. (It actually made Drew a bit likable as well) Not to mention, it’s the episode that after watching just one time I could remember almost everything that happened. Plus, this entire episode, while feeling complete and finished itself allowed for a perfect set up for future plots. But the number one thing that I have to say is that every single song is so perfectly placed.
20 Day Degrassi Challenge | Favorite Ship | Eclare
Is anyone surprised? Everyone can roll their eyes and sigh but this has been my favorite ship of season 10. It makes me happy to see Clare happy. Their relationship took time to progress, which is the type of relationship I completely adore. They are full of complications and drama that just make for good TV. You can tell they really care about each other. Their personalities play so well with the humor and everything. THEIR CHEMISTRY IS FREAKING RIDICULOUS! And they’re aesthetically pleasing. I’m always excited to find out more about their stories. I wish the writers hadn’t overdone how often we see Eclare but I can’t say that I don’t enjoy every story line they’ve had.
(Also, I’m going to do my second place ship as well because I just love them too. Any guesses?)
20 Day Degrassi Challenge | Favorite Character | Clare Edwards and Manny Santos

Surprise, surprise! Clare Edwards and Manny Santos. I don’t know if this was supposed to be current or past so I just picked both.
Manny because of her beautiful free spirit. She made mistakes but they were always straight from the heart and she always chose to learn from them. She did what she wanted and didn’t hold back and that’s what I loved about her. She also had the most interesting and different plots. Her variety and lessons and everything were just so lovable. Plus, Cassie is just so beautiful.
Clare because of her beautiful soul. She does what she thinks is right. She always helps people out when they need it. She is independent. She is able to grow as a person without forgetting or going back on her beliefs. She makes mistakes but learns from them. And she is so loving to everyone that loves her. I love Clare.
